Used for separating rock, rip rap, concrete, etc. from loose material such as dirt and sand. NOT used for extreme digging or prying.
These attach to a wide range of construction equipment. Ripping applications include poorly shot rock, extremely abrasive materials, concrete, frost ripping, prying rock, demolition and pulling rebar. Frost Rippers can also be used as stump removers, and will easily cut through most root systems, with replaceable CAT-style teeth. Features of the frost ripper attachment include a full-length side support between the shank and base. The arm is a heavy-duty AR 400 shank, and it features ESCO, Hensley, or CAT tooth assembly. There are also different shank lengths, ranging from 33.9 to 70.4. We also offer replacement teeth for box blade rippers.
